The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency mentioned it is alarmed with regards to the substantial quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to here access SASSA services.

“This is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The provider position produced for intervention activities a high inflow of SRD opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more sources to permit the servicing of all buyers and enhance use of Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
